Return & Exchange Policy – Broncoluxe

At Broncoluxe, we focus on delivering premium quality products with attention to detail. Since each product is made on demand, we maintain a strict but fair policy to ensure quality and transparency.

🔁 Exchange Policy (Size Issues)

We offer size exchange only in case the product does not fit properly.

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

❌ Return Policy

We currently do not offer returns or refunds unless:

  • You receive a damaged product, or

  • You receive a wrong item

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Slight color variation may occur due to lighting and screen differences

  • Size issues are not eligible for return, only exchange

  • Products damaged due to misuse will not be accepted

📦 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order

  • After that, the order goes into processing and cannot be cancelled
